The public Briard-AI Trust Center separates implemented controls from unavailable certifications and unapproved contractual commitments.

Start with the buyer guide. It separates dated production evidence, hosted engineering tests, configured capabilities and planned work. Samples are not customer or independent proof.

Current dated evidence includes KAIDAN technical recovery on deployed revision 6b71b4d: an encrypted backup, isolated release/schema/object/OpenBao restore, controlled restart, alert and health recovery. Broader Briard database/identity recovery and independent second-person succession remain separate limits.

The account-free fictional incident journey is released at Briard revision f2e0b25. Its signed packages and offline verifier prove integrity under a pinned fictional sample key. They do not establish a production signer, independent time, provider action, Briard account mutation, customer configuration or customer outcome.

Briard-AI does not currently hold a SOC 2 report or ISO certification. A DPA approved for execution, contractual breach-notification period, data-residency commitment, and independently validated penetration-test report are not currently available.
